Which smart lock is suitable for a grill door or outdoor gate?
For grill doors we recommend the VLOCK F15 (face and palm) or F9S (fingerprint). For outdoor gates, the VLOCK G8 is made of 304 stainless steel with waterproof sealing.
Do you have a smart lock for glass doors?
Yes. The VLOCK E16 is designed for glass doors and supports 3D face recognition, fingerprint, Mifare card, PIN and the TTLock app.
Are your smart locks suitable for Airbnb and homestays?
Yes. With the Tuya or TTLock app you can send guests a password before check-in and change it after check-out, so there are no keys to hand over. Add the VLOCK G2 Gateway to unlock remotely.

Which smart lock is best for a condo or landed house?
For condo unit doors, a fingerprint or face recognition lock such as the VLOCK G9, T7B or H22 works well. For landed houses, add a grill door lock (F15 or F9S) and an outdoor gate lock (G8).
Face recognition or fingerprint – which should I choose?
Face recognition is fastest when your hands are full and works for users whose fingerprints are hard to read. Fingerprint locks cost less and suit most homes and offices.
Can I unlock the door from my phone?
Yes. Most VLOCK models work with the Tuya or TTLock app. Bluetooth models can be unlocked remotely when paired with the VLOCK G2 Gateway; the H25 has built-in Wi-Fi.
Will the smart lock fit my existing door?
Most doors can take a smart lock with the right mortise (6068, 6085, 6052 or 2885). Send us a photo of your door edge and lock body on WhatsApp and we will check.
What warranty do smart locks have?
Smart locks come with a 1-year warranty. Our technical team can also help with setup and app pairing.
