Do you supply Virtuo auto gates to dealers and installers?
Yes. Virtuo is our own brand. We supply Virtuo sliding, swing and heavy-duty gate motors, remotes and accessories to dealers, installers and developers across Malaysia with dealer pricing. Become a dealer or WhatsApp us your company details.
Sliding or swing auto gate – which should I choose?
Choose a sliding gate motor if your gate slides along a track beside the wall, or if the driveway is short or sloped. Choose a swing gate motor if your gate opens inwards in two leaves and you have enough space for the gate to swing.
Which model suits a heavy factory or warehouse gate?
For heavy sliding gates, the DEA2500 handles gates up to 2,500kg and the DEA3000 handles gates up to 3,000kg. Send us the gate size and weight and we will confirm the right model.
Will the gate still work during a power failure?
Virtuo gate motors come with a manual release key, so the gate can be opened by hand. Selected models such as the AG-VT-18 include a backup battery so the gate keeps working during short power cuts.
What is ANPR and how does it work with an auto gate?
ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) uses a camera to read the car plate. If the plate is on the approved list, the system signals the gate or barrier to open, and every entry is recorded with the plate number and time.
Can ANPR be added to my existing auto gate or barrier gate?
In most cases, yes. The ANPR camera connects to the gate controller through a dry contact or relay. Send us your gate model and site photos on WhatsApp and we will check.
Which ANPR cameras do you supply?
We supply Hikvision and Dahua ANPR entrance cameras and the ZKTeco LPRS1000 licence plate recognition system, together with poles and brackets. See the camera list on this page.
Is ANPR suitable for guarded housing and condos?
Yes. Residents’ cars are registered once, and the gate or barrier opens automatically when they arrive. Guards only need to handle visitors, which keeps the entrance moving at peak hours.
What warranty do Virtuo auto gates have?
Virtuo gate motors come with a warranty. Our technical team can help with setup, remote pairing and settings, and advise on replacement parts.
Do you supply auto gates in Sabah?
Yes. We supply Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, with a branch office in Penampang, Sabah.
