4 Things to Check Before You Buy
The SIM card is not included
Our 4G solar cameras work with any Malaysian telco, but you apply for your own SIM and data plan. Ask your telco to confirm the plan can be used for CCTV video data.
Check the 4G signal at the exact spot
Stand where the camera will go and test your phone’s 4G signal. A weak signal means a slow or broken live view.
Give the solar panel direct sun
Face it where it gets sunlight most of the day, away from tree shade and building shadow.
Clean the solar panel regularly
Dust, leaves and bird droppings reduce how much power the panel collects. A quick wipe every few weeks keeps the battery charged.
If your site has no 4G coverage at all, a custom solar system with Starlink is usually the better choice.
